Videam’s personal coaching is always related to the functioning of an individual within an organisation. This may relate to behavioural, skill and knowledge components. Coaching consists of listening and posing the right questions in order to be of added value. Because of the broad practical experience the consultants with Videam posses, they have been able to add value and energise individuals. In the past a considerable number of managers and executive board members have benefited from our services.

Business analyses

Videam has its own matrix, which includes all components of business conduct.

This model has been utilized various times for our clients to analyse the performance of an organisation. Similar to the development process of a photo, conflicting and dysfunctional aspects come to light. Moreover, as a result of lighting solutions often become simultaneously visible.

Feedback from its clients enables Videam to define the core of the problem; often one can discover the essence in simplicity. A distinguishing position Videam adheres to is: “if one can not present an issue in a straightforward way, one does not fathom the essence.” Therefore we will always try to uncover the core of the problem.

Merger

Creating added value by unification.

At present Videam is involved in exploring opportunities for a possible merger. Supervised by Videam the question whether this merger will generate added value for both organisations is being researched. Externally, the triangle of the organisation, the market and the competition is considered, while internally the focus is on improving production facilities. Our cutting edge is continuously communicating tangible and realistic possibilities.

Part of our privacy policy is that Videam does not name its clients on the website.
